Hi Mifta,
From the passive voice pattern point of view, your sentences are correct. The balded words are my suggestions though,
From their context, however, some sentences are incorrect to be expressed in the simple present tense. The correct ones should be:
And lastly, please keep in mind that the passive forms should not be used unless needed. “Cakes are made by me every week” and “Are we being expected to offer him the job by him?“, for instance, are a lot less preferable than “I make cakes every week” and “Is he expecting us to offer him the job?“, respectively.

Hi Mifta,
Active voices are used a lot more frequently, therefore, it would be better if we invert the question to “When should the passive voices be used?“.
I myself mostly use the passive voices in research reports.
The research was conducted from January to December, 2010. Twenty-five samples were collected and measured per experimental unit. etc
There are two main reasons to write them in passive forms, namely:
1. I want to give more stress to “the research” and “the samples”. In other words, the two nouns are more important than I, who conducted the research.
2. I don’t want to repeat the pronoun “I” again and again if they are written in active forms.
