Hi Laila, glad to know you. Here’s my short opinion.
1. such as Design-1,… and Design-2.
2. please do not hesitate ….     (hesitate is a verb)

Great opinion, FJR. For #3, I’d make it even shorter, “We apologize for any inconvenience that we have done during our stay here.”
@Laila: Is drafter a common terminology in engineering? I’ve looked up the dictionary.com but I couldn’t find it.
