I think what you’re trying to say in Indonesian is “Apa(kah) kita seharusnya menggunakan Bahasa Inggris di sini?“
If so, your Indonesian version itself is missing the subject kita or whatever subject you are intending. Moreover, because it is a yes/no question, we don’t need to use the question word what. Therefore, your sentence should be, as follows,

And the answer to your question is, of course, yes, we should.
